Born in Koblenz in 1993, I graduated from high school there. Thereupon I decided to dive into the world of movies without any further detours. After a two-month internship, I was offered a permanent job.
I got to know several areas: Camera, sound, directing, animation. All great jobs. But editing, montage, the nexus of any moving image captivated me the most and made every other fondness fade away. I’ve been snapping and snapping ever since.
If I were forced to watch only one film for the rest of my life, I would have to think long and hard between “Приходи на меня посмотреть” (luckily there are subtitles) and “The Man Who Wasn’t There”.
