When your only favorite subjects at school were art and computer science, the career path to the design and media industry is not far away. But I couldn’t keep myself happy for long with flyer and logo design. After my apprenticeship and subsequent bachelor’s degree in media design, I entered the abstract depths of a master’s degree in design and art studies. With these skills in my pocket, I scattered my knowledge as a designer in science communication and then as a trainer and lecturer.

In the meantime, I’ve said my final goodbyes to reality, flying kites in Christmas baubles at SONS, bringing memories to life with visual concepts, and staring at green backgrounds.

And most of all, I love to read between the frames.
